Refund policy

Thank you for understanding that all sales are final and non-refundable. 

Exceptions are as follows: If you received a damaged and/or incorrect number of items in your order, please email connect@createspacegame.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. 

In your email, please include your name, order number, a written description of the damage and/or incorrect number of items, and a photograph of all items in the order.

We will make every effort to make things right should you experience any issues!
